As I mentioned in class last week, there are two upcoming Shakespeare productions that might be of particular interest to our class:
-Theatre for a New Audience, an excellent New York City-based troupe, begins a short run of Taming of the Shrew next week. Student tickets are available for $10, an unbelievable deal! You can find out more information about showtimes and tickets here.
-Closer to home, the Rosendale Theater will screen London's National Theatre production of Comedy of Errors live on Sunday, March 25th at 2:00 p.m.. This will be a screening of a live production from one of the UK's best theater companies. Tickets are $12 ($10 if you are a member of the Rosendale Theater). I plan on going and would love to see some of you there!
